What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
First, check the email that we sent you as confirmation when you first signed up. This email will contain your username and password information. Alternatively, email us at enquiries@partypages.co.uk for your password.
Please note that you must send us an email from the email address that you used when you signed up to PartyPages. This ensures that we are providing the correct person with the password.
Why am I having problems logging-in?
You may not be selecting your user profile before attempting to log-in. Remember to select “I am a party expert listed on PartyPages” or “I am a PartyPages user” before logging in.
Do I have to remember my login each time?
If you wish to be remembered next time you login just select “Remember me next time I visit PartyPages using this computer”.
This function will securely keep your username and user type information (party expert or buyer) stored for you the next time you visit. All you need to do is remember your password.
I am getting this error when logging-in “Sorry that email address does not match the password. Please try again.”
Make sure you are using the same email address that you used when you registered. If you have forgotten your password please email us at enquiries@partypages.co.uk using the same email address that you used to sign-up.
How do I find what I am looking for when using your search engine?
When searching for suppliers using PartyPages, use relevant keywords separated by a comma. i.e when searching for “clowns” in London, simply enter “clowns, London” in the search field at the top of the PartyPages homepage. Alternatively, if you know the name of the company just type in the name and you will find that company in the directory.
