Services and Users of Services
Party Pages sets out to create a virtual meeting place through which its intended Users: Suppliers and End-Users (outlined below) may engage and converse in business.
Party Pages Peterborough, to which these Terms relate to, operates from our offices in the UK. Specifically, Party Pages Peterborough is intended for the listing of Suppliers located/primarily operating within a 30-mile radius of a PE1 postcode, with exception made for those search categories where Supplier representation is non-existent or sparse, or where the service area is considered niche.
Party Pages offers a directory of Suppliers, with the intention of providing Users with a comprehensive, truly local and relevant resource with which to aid their event-planning experience.
It should be noted that Party Pages generates revenue from the selling of directory advertising spaces, featured advertising spaces and a local events calendar service. No revenue is generated for the provision of leads or the referral of Users to Suppliers and as such it is a commission free service.
Users of our Services may include:
• Suppliers, generally meaning companies or other third-parties offering products and services to those End-Users seeking solutions for weddings, events and parties. As a Supplier, by accepting these Terms you acknowledge that we are in no way responsible for assisting you in reaching an agreement with End-Users. We are not responsible for assisting you in providing goods and services to Members. Your membership or subscription to our Services may not be transferred or sold to another party. You must be authorised to transact with Party Pages on behalf of the organisation you represent. You must only include accurate and correct information relating to your business and service.
• End-Users such as prospective brides, grooms, party planners, companies, and all other prospective consumers. As a User, you acknowledge that we are not a product or service provider, vendor, or an agent representative for any Supplier. We and the Services function solely as a neutral venue where Users may connect for particular types of services or products. We are not involved in or a party to the actual transactions between Users. As a result, we have no control over the transactions that take place on our Services or the accuracy of any Supplier listings. We have no control over the ability of Suppliers to provide items or perform services or the ability of End-Users to pay for any goods and services. We make no representations or warranties and are not liable or responsible for the actions or inactions of our Users.

Payments, renewals and upgrades
The content provided by Party Pages via www.partypages.co.uk and any associated materials is offered as a free service to our intended End-Users. This includes the information provided by the Party Pages Supplier directory and the remaining content available on the user interface on the website. We may offer paid-for services from time to time, including the “Local Event Diary”, the fee for which any specific Terms will be made available at the point of purchase.
Suppliers can choose to feature on our site via a number of options. You acknowledge that we will commence supplying our services to you as soon as you have made payment for your listing. By submitting and paying for your initial listing you recognise that you have agreed to advertise your services or business and pay the relevant charge for advertising and are adhered to the renewal and cancellation terms as described below. No adverts will appear live on the site until full payment is received.
Suppliers will be given notice in advance of when listing renewals are due, and when the listing is renewed. If Suppliers do not wish to continue with the listing at this stage they may cancel at this point before the renewal is actioned.
If a Supplier chooses the upgrade option, they can select a higher or lower tier of advertising. This is treated as a renewal and as such full payment is taken for the new tier at the current rates. Changes to listing permissions as per the tiers and packages are implemented immediately. All users will be notified by email when their updated listing is published. Subject to payment of the upgrade, if applicable, a request may be made in writing for a refund to be issued for the original listing payment on a pro-rata basis with the appropriate deduction per full month passed since initial listing submission and payment. These will not be issued automatically and the request must be made within 7 days of the upgrade payment being received.
Discounts and promotions
Discounts and promotions may be offered from time to time. Additional Terms may be applied and will be published with any coupon or code offer.
Cancellations and refunds
All listings are submitted on an “automatic renewal, cancel anytime” basis. When your advert is first submitted and paid for on www.partypages.co.uk, you will receive an e-mail payment confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your listing, you can do so at any time by access your ‘Supplier login’ on www.partypages.co.uk or emailing our team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. The listing will remain on your account should you wish to reactivate it at any time.
Where a Supplier’s payment method has expired, or there are insufficient means of payment, a listings will be suspended or deleted if all means of contact you have been exhausted and 14 days have elapsed without payment being made.
Following an automatic renewal, you may contact us to cancel your listing and request a refund at any time within 7 days and a full refund will be processed. Thereafter, you may cancel your subscription or delete the listing at any time, and you will not be charged further; however, you will not receive a refund and this applies even if your listing has been deleted by you prior to the renewal payment being taken. No refunds are backdated in the event that a listing is deleted, but the subscription remains.
Suppliers and End-Users are responsible for ensuring the singularity of their listings, featured listings or local event listings and therefore the associated renewal subscriptions. Party Pages will endeavour, where possible, to identify and refund automatically duplicated payments for the same listing, or a duplicate listing itself. However, sometimes these may be missed due to different payment details, staggered renewal dates or different account details. If a duplicate payment has been made for the same listing- either manually renewed or automatically – a full refund can be requested. A refund will only be processed for the most recent duplicated renewal and refunds will not be backdated. It is therefore important to ensure you check if an existing subscription is in place that required cancellation when renewing or upgrading your listing manually.
If your renewal payment has failed and the listing expired, or a listing payment been cancelled, all such expired listings will remain on the user account in draft status for 12 months after expiration date and can be reactivated by renewing the listing and making payment at any time.
Any inactive listings are removed from the system after 12 months.
For any queries with regards to payments, subscriptions and cancellation, you can contact Party Pages directly by email email@example.com.
